1. About the Services
Ibrahim Arabi ("we", "us", "our") offers two services, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates:
- The Course — a self-paced online Arabic course delivered through a student portal, currently open for free waitlist registration ahead of enrollment.
- Private Coaching ("the Program") — a 90-day, one-on-one structured coaching engagement focused on spoken, conversational Arabic, available by application only.
The Course is open to everyone. The Program (1-on-1 coaching) is currently offered to male clients only.
2. Application & Enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment or a response. All applications are reviewed individually, and if your application is a strong fit, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule a brief assessment call.
Enrollment is confirmed only after a successful assessment call, agreement on the program investment, and receipt of payment.
3. Program Delivery
The Program includes private 1-on-1 sessions with Ibrahim and direct voice-note support between sessions, as described on this website. Sessions are conducted online via a mutually agreed platform.
4. Client Commitments
To benefit fully from the Program, clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time, complete assigned self-practice between sessions, and communicate proactively if a session needs to be rescheduled.
5. Payment & Refunds
The Course: Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation to purchase. Course pricing, tiers, and any launch discounts are as displayed on this website when enrollment opens. Course access is a one-time payment, not a subscription. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at theibrahimalarabi@gmail.com and we will look into it — refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Program: The investment for the Program is as displayed on this website and confirmed on your assessment call. All payments are due as agreed before enrollment begins. Program fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in your individual enrollment agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and all materials, methods, and resources provided through the Course or the Program — including but not limited to video lessons, session content, practice plans, and teaching frameworks — are the sole intellectual property of Ibrahim Arabi and are protected under applicable UAE and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website and any materials provided to you solely for your personal learning. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any part of the website, course, or program materials without prior written consent.
7. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of this website or the Program
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the website or program materials
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice
- Use the website or Program for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
8. No Warranties
This website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Ibrahim Arabi makes no representation that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Individual results from the Course and the Program vary and cannot be guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ibrahim Arabi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of income, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of this website or participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid for the Program.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ibrahim Arabi, its team members, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from: (a) your use of this website; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Entire Agreement
