We collect your name, email address, and learning progress data (such as completed tasks, quiz scores, and time spent) to provide the educational services on this platform. We also collect payment information through Stripe to process course purchases — we never see or store your full card details ourselves.
When you visit our site, we and our advertising/analytics partners also automatically collect technical and usage data — such as pages viewed, referring links, browser and device type, approximate location, and interactions with our ads — via cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3).
Your information is used to provide and improve your learning experience — including tracking your progress, calculating XP and streaks, allowing your instructor to monitor your development, and processing payments. Technical and usage data collected via tracking tools is used to measure how people find our site, understand which ads and pages are effective, and show you relevant ads for our courses on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — and may also use Google Tag Manager and related Google tools — to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising on Meta platforms. These tools work by placing cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and can share information such as the pages you visit, actions you take on our site (e.g. starting checkout or enrolling), your IP address, and device/browser information with Meta Platforms, Inc. and, where applicable, Google. Where technically supported, some data (such as your email address) may be shared with Meta in hashed, non-readable form to help match ad performance to actual enrollments.
You can limit this tracking through your browser's cookie settings, ad blockers, or by adjusting your ad preferences directly with Meta or Google.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as described in this policy: with Stripe to process payments, with Meta and (where used) Google for the advertising/analytics purposes described in Section 3, and with Supabase and Bunny.net as our hosting/infrastructure providers who store and deliver platform data and course video on our behalf. Your learning progress data is visible to your enrolled instructor for educational purposes only.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, which employs industry-standard security measures. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plaintext.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us through the Help section in the portal. You may also opt out of advertising-related tracking at any time using the browser and ad-platform controls described in Section 3.
